TCAC’s After School Arts program operates five days per week, introducing students in the K-8th grades to the performing, literary, and visual arts.

The K-4 year is split into two parts. The first half of the year is all about skill development. We dance, we sing, and we encourage our kids to “act-up” in drama. During the second half of the year, K-4th graders continue to focus on skills and start to work on their end of the year "potluck" production and art show.Our programs include:

Monday - Drama

Tuesday - Music

Wednesday - Dance

Thursday - Visiting Artist

Friday - Art

Our 5-8th grade students have classes in art and creative writing. Reflecting the varied and wide range of interests in this age group, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday classes are taught by a rotation of visiting artists, teaching everything from newspaper writing to drawing and painting.
